Recovery Settings
Configure abandoned cart recovery from Abandoned carts → Settings in app.uselevel.ai .
Master toggle
Recovery on/off — When on, Level sends the 3-touch WhatsApp sequence. When off, carts are tracked but no messages are sent.
Timing settings
| Setting | Default | Description |

| Touch 1 — min age (hours) | 1 | Earliest send after cart is abandoned |
| Stop after (max age hours) | 72 | No messages if cart is older than this |
| Touch 2 — hours after touch 1 | 24 | Follow-up delay; 0 = disabled |
| Touch 3 — hours after touch 1 | 48 | Final message delay; 0 = disabled |
Validation: max age must be greater than min age. Touch 3 must be ≥ touch 2.
Discount settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Offer a discount on message 2 | Switches touch 2 from nudge to offer template |
| Discount code | Shopify discount code (must exist before enabling) |
| Discount % (display) | Percentage shown in the offer message |

Reset to defaults
Click Reset to defaults to restore app default timing values.
