Shopify Tags & Notes
Level syncs verification outcomes back to Shopify so you can filter and fulfill orders in Shopify Admin.

Confirm/cancel tags are applied when the customer responds or when auto-cancel runs. Risk tags are applied when Level skips WhatsApp for a risk rule. Prepaid tags are applied by the COD to prepaid flow. No confirm/cancel tag is written while the order is pending.
Order notes
Level adds a note to the Shopify order on confirm or cancel:
- Confirmed:
COD order confirmed by customer via WhatsApp at {timestamp}(timestamp inserted at sync time) - Cancelled:
COD order declined by customer via WhatsApp at {timestamp}(timestamp inserted at sync time) - Prepaid draft: includes
level-cod-source:{original_order_id}so payment can be matched back to the COD order - After conversion: both the cancelled COD order and the new prepaid order get cross-reference notes
Order cancellation
When a customer taps Cancel or auto-cancel runs, Level cancels the Shopify order by default. This prevents accidental fulfillment of declined orders.
When a customer pays a prepaid conversion offer, Level cancels the original COD order by default (configurable) and leaves the new paid order as the one to fulfill.

Existing tags block re-send
If an order already has level-cod-verified or level-cod-cancelled, Level will not send another verification message.
