Shopify Tags & Notes

Level syncs verification outcomes back to Shopify so you can filter and fulfill orders in Shopify Admin.

Tags

Outcome	Default tag
Customer confirms	`level-cod-verified`
Customer declines or auto-cancel	`level-cod-cancelled`

Tags are applied when the customer responds or when auto-cancel runs. No tag is written while the order is pending.

Order notes

Level adds a note to the Shopify order on confirm or cancel:

Confirmed: COD order confirmed by customer via WhatsApp at {timestamp} (timestamp inserted at sync time)
Cancelled: COD order declined by customer via WhatsApp at {timestamp} (timestamp inserted at sync time)

Order cancellation

When a customer taps Cancel or auto-cancel runs, Level cancels the Shopify order by default. This prevents accidental fulfillment of declined orders.

Existing tags block re-send

If an order already has level-cod-verified or level-cod-cancelled, Level will not send another verification message.
