Sync Templates
Syncing templates fetches your latest approved (and pending) templates from Meta/WhatsApp Manager into Level.
When to sync
- After connecting your WhatsApp number (BYO setup)
- After creating or approving new templates in Meta Business Manager
- When templates show as missing in Message flows
How to sync
- Open Integrations → WhatsApp templates (BYO) or Templates page
- Click Sync templates
- Wait a few seconds — templates appear in the list
After sync, Level prompts you to configure Message flows.
Shared number
Shared-number templates are reconciled automatically from Level’s template library. Merchants don’t need to sync manually.
After syncing
- Check that new templates show Approved status
- Map variables for any new templates
- Assign templates to message flows
