Sync Templates

Syncing templates fetches your latest approved (and pending) templates from Meta/WhatsApp Manager into Level.

When to sync

• After connecting your WhatsApp number (BYO setup)
• After creating or approving new templates in Meta Business Manager
• When templates show as missing in Message flows

How to sync

1. Open Integrations → WhatsApp templates (BYO) or Templates page
2. Click Sync templates
3. Wait a few seconds — templates appear in the list

After sync, Level prompts you to configure Message flows.

Shared number

Shared-number templates are reconciled automatically from Level’s template library. Merchants don’t need to sync manually.

After syncing

1. Check that new templates show Approved status
2. Map variables for any new templates
3. Assign templates to message flows
