Notification Settings
Control which alerts Level sends you from Settings → Notifications in app.uselevel.ai .
Available notifications

| Weekly COD digest | Monday summary of COD activity | |
| Daily COD digest | Daily summary of yesterday’s activity | |
| Message limit warning (90%) | Approaching free message cap | Email, In-app |
| Message limit reached | Free message cap hit | Email, In-app |
| Shopify disconnected | Store connection lost | Email, In-app |
Channels
Each notification supports:
- Email — Sent to your account email (or override below)
- In-app — Banner or alert in the Level dashboard
Toggle each channel independently per notification type.
Email recipient override
Optionally set a different email address for notifications. Defaults to the team owner’s email.
Unsubscribe
Every email includes an Unsubscribe link. See Unsubscribe from emails.
