Send Options

Level offers three ways to deliver a campaign: save as draft, schedule for later, or send immediately.

Draft

Save a campaign without sending. Status: Draft.

• Configure name, segment, and template
• Leave the schedule field blank
• Go to Campaigns and click Send now when ready

Schedule

Set a future date and time. Status: Scheduled.

• Level’s scheduler checks every minute
• When scheduled_at is reached, the campaign starts sending automatically
• You can still click Send now before the scheduled time

Send now

Immediately start delivering messages. Available for Draft and Scheduled campaigns.

1. Go to Campaigns
2. Find your campaign
3. Click Send now
4. Status changes to Sending → Completed (or Failed)
