Plan Limits

Campaign availability and message sending depend on your Level plan and WhatsApp billing model.

Campaign slots per month

Campaigns created this month count toward your limit (includes sending, completed, and failed campaigns):

When you hit the limit, the UI blocks new campaign creation until next month or upgrade.

WhatsApp message limits

Separate from campaign slots — this controls whether messages can be sent at all:

What counts toward the 50 free messages

All delivered WhatsApp messages on the Free plan — COD verification, reminders, thank-you, and any marketing messages if enabled.

Block messages

You’ll see these when limits are hit:

  • Campaign limit — No more campaigns this month
  • Message limit — 50 free messages exhausted
  • Campaigns disabled — Master toggle is off
  • Included messages exhausted — Upgrade or wait for reset
  • Pay-per-message blocked — Usage billing not approved in Shopify
