With BYO, Meta invoices your WhatsApp Business Account directly for conversation fees. Level does not charge per message.

The Billing page shows:

“Your WhatsApp number — billed directly by WhatsApp”

Unlimited sends from Level

Level does not cap or block message sending for BYO merchants (subject to Meta account standing and template approval).

What you pay Meta for

Meta charges per conversation (24-hour window), categorized as:

• Utility conversations (COD verification, reminders)
• Marketing conversations (abandoned cart, campaigns)
• Authentication conversations
