Limit Warnings
Level alerts you before and when you hit your WhatsApp message limit.
Warning at 90%
When you’ve used 90% of your included messages (Free plan):
- In-app banner on the dashboard
- Email notification (if enabled): Message limit warning (90%)
This gives you time to upgrade before sending stops.
Limit reached
When all 50 free messages are used:
- In-app banner: “Included messages used up”
- Email notification: Message limit reached
- New COD verifications show as Blocked by limit
- Abandoned cart and campaign messages pause
Email digest content
Limit-related emails include:
- Timestamp when the cap was hit
- Count of blocked orders since the cap
- Link to upgrade or view billing

Control these alerts in Settings → Notifications:

What to do
| Situation | Action |
|---|---|
| Approaching limit | Upgrade to Starter, or wait for next cycle |
| Limit reached | Upgrade immediately, or wait for monthly reset |
| Starter/Pro | No message cap — check pay-per-message billing instead |
