Resend Verification

If a customer didn’t receive or respond to the initial verification, you can resend the WhatsApp message from the order detail page.

When resend is available

The Resend WhatsApp button appears when:

  • Verification status is Awaiting reply (pending, message already sent)
  • The order has a phone number
  • Your plan allows sending (not blocked by message limit)

How to resend

  1. Open COD verification in app.uselevel.ai 
  2. Click the order
  3. Click Resend WhatsApp
  4. Refresh after a few seconds — the message is queued immediately

When resend is unavailable

Resend vs first send

Resend bypasses the “already sent” check and queues a fresh verification message. It does not reset reminder timers.
