Resend Verification
If a customer didn’t receive or respond to the initial verification, you can resend the WhatsApp message from the order detail page.
When resend is available
The Resend WhatsApp button appears when:
- Verification status is Awaiting reply (pending, message already sent)
- The order has a phone number
- Your plan allows sending (not blocked by message limit)
How to resend
- Open COD verification in app.uselevel.ai
- Click the order
- Click Resend WhatsApp
- Refresh after a few seconds — the message is queued immediately
When resend is unavailable
| Message | Reason |
|---|---|
| ”Resend is only available while verification is pending.” | Order already verified or cancelled |
| ”Monthly WhatsApp message limit reached…” | Free plan cap hit — upgrade or wait for next cycle |
| ”No phone number on this order.” | Add a customer phone in Shopify, then resend |
| ”Resend unavailable (message limit reached or not pending).” | Combined block |
Resend vs first send
Resend bypasses the “already sent” check and queues a fresh verification message. It does not reset reminder timers.
