Shopify Permissions
When you install Level from the Shopify App Store, you approve a set of API permissions. Level only requests what it needs to run COD verification, abandoned cart recovery, and campaigns.
Requested scopes

What Level does with access
- Read orders when Shopify fires

- Read checkouts to find abandoned carts with phone numbers
- Read payment terms to identify cash-on-delivery orders
What Level does not do
- Modify products or inventory
- Process payments or refunds
- Access customer data beyond what’s needed for messaging
- Change your store theme or checkout
Revoking access
Uninstalling Level from Shopify Admin revokes all permissions. COD verification and order sync stop immediately.
