Update your personal account settings from Profile in app.uselevel.ai .
Editable fields

| Timezone | Controls dashboard date/time display and digest scheduling |
| Language | Dashboard UI language and merchant email language |
Your login email is managed by your Shopify install or authentication provider. It cannot be changed from the profile page.
Timezone impact
Timezone affects:
- Dashboard date ranges and KPI periods
- Daily COD digest delivery time (8am in your timezone)
- Weekly COD digest delivery time (Monday 9am in your timezone)
Language
Changing language updates the dashboard UI and the language of emails Level sends to you. It does not change customer-facing WhatsApp message language — that’s determined by your templates.
