Reminders & Auto-Cancel
Follow-up reminders and auto-cancel are available on Starter, Pro, and Agency plans. Free plan merchants see these features as plan-gated in settings.
Where to configure
Open COD verification → Settings in app.uselevel.ai .
Master toggle
COD verification — When on, Level sends WhatsApp messages so customers can confirm or decline COD orders. When off, orders are still synced but no messages are sent.
Toggle this from the COD verification page or settings.
Follow-up reminders
Starter+ only. Level sends reminders to customers who haven’t responded.

Reminders use the COD verification reminder template if assigned in Message flows, otherwise the main verification template.
Auto-cancel unverified orders
Starter+ only. Pending orders with no customer response are automatically cancelled after 72 hours from the first message send.
Auto-cancelled orders are synced to Shopify the same way as customer-initiated cancellations — tag, note, and order cancellation.

Reminders and auto-cancel rely on templates assigned in Integrations → Message flows. See Assign templates.
