Pay-Per-Message Not Approved

Starter and Pro merchants on the shared number must approve Shopify usage billing before messages can send.

Symptoms

  • Messages not sending despite templates being assigned
  • Error: “Approve pay-per-message billing in Shopify to send on the shared number”
  • Dashboard shows billing approval needed

How to fix

  1. Open Billing  in the Level app
  2. Click the billing approval link (redirects to Shopify Admin)
  3. Review and approve the usage charge
  4. Return to Level and click Refresh status
  5. Try sending again
