Pay-Per-Message Not Approved
Starter and Pro merchants on the shared number must approve Shopify usage billing before messages can send.
Symptoms
- Messages not sending despite templates being assigned
- Error: “Approve pay-per-message billing in Shopify to send on the shared number”
- Dashboard shows billing approval needed
How to fix
- Open Billing in the Level app
- Click the billing approval link (redirects to Shopify Admin)
- Review and approve the usage charge
- Return to Level and click Refresh status
- Try sending again
