Connect Shopify

Level connects to your Shopify store during app installation. No manual API keys required.

Install

1. Go to the Shopify App Store listing for Level 
2. Click Add app and approve the installation
3. You’ll be redirected to app.uselevel.ai  where your team and store are created automatically

Verify the connection

After install, confirm:

• Your store appears in the team/store switcher in the Level header
• No Shopify disconnected banner on the dashboard
• A test COD order appears in COD verification within a minute

What Level accesses

Level requests Shopify permissions to sync orders, manage tags, and read checkouts. See Permissions.

Multiple stores

Store limits depend on your plan:

Add additional stores by installing Level on each Shopify store — they link to the same team if you use the same login.

If connection fails

• Check you’re logged into the correct Shopify account
• Try reinstalling from the App Store
