Connect Shopify

Level connects to your Shopify store during app installation. No manual API keys required.

Install

Go to the Shopify App Store listing for Level
Click Add app and approve the installation
You’ll be redirected to app.uselevel.ai where your team and store are created automatically

Verify the connection

After install, confirm:

Your store appears in the team/store switcher in the Level header
No Shopify disconnected banner on the dashboard
A test COD order appears in COD verification within a minute

What Level accesses

Level requests Shopify permissions to sync orders, manage tags, and read checkouts. See Permissions.

Multiple stores

Level uses one team per Shopify store. Installing Level on another shop creates a separate team for that store (with its own plan and WhatsApp settings).

If connection fails

Check you’re logged into the correct Shopify account
Try reinstalling from the App Store
