Shopify Disconnected

When Shopify disconnects, Level stops syncing orders and sending all WhatsApp messages.

Symptoms

  • Dashboard banner: “Shopify is disconnected — Reconnect in Integrations”
  • Email alert: Shopify disconnected (if notifications enabled)
  • New orders don’t appear in COD verification
  • Abandoned cart sync stops
  • No WhatsApp messages sent for any flow

How to fix

  1. Open Integrations 
  2. Click Reconnect Shopify
  3. Approve permissions in Shopify Admin
  4. Confirm the banner disappears

Alternatively, reinstall Level from the Shopify App Store .

After reconnecting

  • Webhook sync resumes automatically
  • Recent orders may need manual resend if they were created while disconnected
  • Abandoned cart polling resumes within minutes
