Embedded Signup Walkthrough
Meta Embedded Signup is the popup flow that connects your WhatsApp Business number to Level.
Before you start
- Pro or Agency plan active
- Logged into the correct Meta Business Manager account
- Phone number ready for WhatsApp Business API registration
- Pop-up blockers disabled for app.uselevel.ai
Steps
1. Start the flow
Open Integrations → click Connect your WhatsApp.
Status shows: Opening WhatsApp…
2. Meta popup
A Meta popup opens asking you to:
- Select or create a Meta Business Manager account
- Select or create a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
- Register your phone number
- Grant Level permission to send messages
Keep the tab open until you’re redirected back to Level.
3. Token exchange
Level exchanges the authorization code for a long-lived access token. Status: Connecting…
4. Complete
On success, Integrations shows your connected number. Messages now send from your number.
5. Sync templates
Click Sync templates to pull your approved templates from Meta. Then configure Message flows.
If something goes wrong
