Unsubscribe from Emails
Every email from Level includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of specific notification types without disabling all emails.
Unsubscribe link
At the bottom of each email:
- Unsubscribe from these emails — Stops this notification type
- Manage all notification preferences — Opens full settings in the app
Unsubscribe page
The unsubscribe link opens a confirmation page showing:
- Which notification type you’re unsubscribing from
- Which channel (email)
- Which team/store
After confirming, you won’t receive that email type again.
Re-enable notifications
To turn emails back on:
- Open Settings → Notifications in the Level app
- Toggle the email channel for the notification you want
- Save
What unsubscribe doesn’t affect
- In-app notifications (controlled separately)
- Customer-facing WhatsApp messages (those are sent to your customers, not you)
- Critical account emails (e.g. Shopify disconnected, if in-app only)
