Per-Product COD Control

You can turn off Cash on Delivery for specific products — useful for heavy, fragile, made-to-order, or high-value items you never want to ship COD.

This works through COD availability at checkout:

1. Open COD verification → Settings in app.uselevel.ai .
2. Turn on COD availability at checkout.
3. Add the product IDs to Blocked products (or block whole collections).
4. Save.

When a customer’s cart contains any blocked product, the COD payment option is hidden at checkout — they can still pay online.

Finding a product ID

In Shopify Admin, open the product; the number at the end of the URL is the ID (/products/1234567890 → 1234567890). Enter multiple IDs separated by commas or spaces.

What about per-product WhatsApp verification?

Choosing which products get a WhatsApp confirmation (rather than hiding COD) isn’t available yet. Today, verification messaging is controlled store-wide, with skip rules based on cart value, PIN code, and order tags.
