Per-Product Toggle

Coming soon. Per-product COD verification is not yet available. Today, verification is controlled at the store level only.

Current behavior

COD verification is toggled for your entire store via COD verification → Settings:

• Verification on — All COD-eligible orders receive WhatsApp verification
• Verification off — Orders sync to Level but no messages are sent

Workaround today

If you need to skip verification for specific orders:

1. Turn off COD verification temporarily in settings, or
2. Fulfill verified orders using Shopify tags — only ship orders with level-cod-verified
