Segments

When creating a campaign, you choose a segment to define who receives the message. Recipients are deduplicated by phone number.

Available segments

How segments work

  • Phone numbers are normalized and deduplicated
  • COD segments match against the customer’s latest order with that status
  • The campaign settings page shows a live recipient count preview

Opt-out filtering

Customers who replied STOP are automatically excluded from all segments. See Opt-out handling.
