Segments
When creating a campaign, you choose a segment to define who receives the message. Recipients are deduplicated by phone number.
Available segments
| Segment | Who receives it |
|---|---|
| All customers with phone | Every customer record with a phone number |
| Pending COD verification | Customers with a pending COD order |
| Verified COD orders | Customers who confirmed a COD order |
| Cancelled COD orders | Customers who declined or were auto-cancelled |
How segments work
- Phone numbers are normalized and deduplicated
- COD segments match against the customer’s latest order with that status
- The campaign settings page shows a live recipient count preview
Choosing a segment

| Store-wide promotion | All customers with phone |
| Re-engage unverified orders | Pending COD verification |
| Thank loyal customers | Verified COD orders |
| Win-back cancelled orders | Cancelled COD orders |
Opt-out filtering
Customers who replied STOP are automatically excluded from all segments. See Opt-out handling.
