Fulfillment Filtering

Use Shopify tags to identify COD orders that customers have confirmed — and only ship verified orders.

The verified tag

When a customer taps Confirm on WhatsApp, Level adds the level-cod-verified tag to the Shopify order. See Shopify tags.

Filter in Shopify Admin

  1. Go to Orders in Shopify Admin
  2. Click Add filter
  3. Select Tagged with → enter level-cod-verified
  4. Fulfill only orders in this filtered view

Cancelled orders

Declined or auto-cancelled orders receive the level-cod-cancelled tag and are cancelled in Shopify. They won’t appear in your verified filter.

Pending orders

Orders awaiting customer response have no tag. Do not ship pending orders — wait for verification or call the customer.

Unreachable orders

If WhatsApp couldn’t deliver, the order stays pending with a Couldn’t reach status in Level. Verify by phone before shipping.

Workflow recommendation

  1. Filter by level-cod-verified in Shopify
  2. Fulfill and ship only tagged orders
  3. For unreachable orders, call the customer or fix the phone number
