Shared number + Free
50 included messages per month. Sending stops when exhausted.
Shared number + Starter / Pro
Unlimited sends from Level. You pay per delivered message at rates shown in Message rates. Requires Shopify usage billing approval.
BYO (Pro+)
Unlimited sends from Level. Meta invoices your WhatsApp Business Account directly for conversation fees.
